MOFA Attestation

To get an original document authenticated for use in a foreign country, you need to take it to the designated office in your state and have it apostilled by the ministry of external affairs. You’ll need to submit the following documents/fees:

The recognized agencies in the State where the document was issued should first validate all original papers before attestation or apostille is required. The Home Department and General Administration Department are designated for personal documentation. Regarding educational documents, the State Government or Union Territory in question’s Education Department must first accredit them. Below is the contact information for the Regional Authentication Centres (RACs) in the States and UTs where the papers should first be authenticated.
The Ministry of External Affairs certifies the documents based on the signatures of the designated signing authority of the State Government, Union Territory, and Chambers of Commerce; as a result, it disclaims all liability for the substance of the documents

After Attesting from the country from which the documents are issued, it has to be Attested by the MOFA Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Country where you are going for employment.
