SAUDI EMBASSY ATTESTATION

If you plan to live or work in Saudi Arabia, you will need your documents attested by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia before you leave India. This is a simple process that gives you many benefits and lets you avail privileges like a citizen.

Attestation makes it easier to get an employment visa and obtain ample job opportunities. A change in your designation or salary structure can be quickly taken care of if you have an attestation. Attestation helps you get residence visas for yourself and your family members. Getting attested will also help you pursue higher education and get your kids admitted to Saudi Arabia-based schools. You can give power of attorney to someone else and collect death benefits with attestation. All health benefits are covered once you have an attestation.

The following conditions must be fulfilled for Saudi attestation on educational certificates:
You must earn your degree through regular classes only. Saudi Cultural Attaché does not attest to any degree/certificate/diploma earned through online/distance/private mode.
If you are applying for a job, your offer letter should contain the following information: your name, passport number, salary, and profession. Your profession should be the same as your degree (for example, if you have a B. Com degree, then your profession should be an accountant).
Please note that your offer letter will be valid only if you have an attestation from the Saudi Ministry of External Affairs and the Chamber of Commerce. Candidates already working in KSA should submit a Certificate of Employment issued from their current employer/institute, attested by the Chamber of Commerce. The letter must contain IQAMA, passport number, date of his joining (MM/DD/YYYY), and Position.

The offer is only valid for six months from the date of issue.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SAUDI SUBMISSION:

  • Original offer letter
  • Original Degree attested by HRD
  • All-year Mark sheet copy
  • Undertaking from the candidate on Rs.10 Governmental Stamp Paper
  • about the degree genuineness, paste photograph in it and do notary.
  • Passport copy
  • Pan card/Adhara Card copy
  • If working, color the IQAMA copy

ATTESTATION OF KUWAEI EMBASSY

The Government of Kuwait requires all educational/Personal certificates, professional or academic, issued from India to be attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate in Kuwait for further attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kuwait Government before granting of Kuwait Visa.

Attestation from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for Kuwait

The MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) should attest all educational certificates issued in any state in India before submitting them to the Kuwait Embassy. The MEA also attests to non-educational certificates and commercial certificates issued in India.

SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate) Attestation for Kuwait

The Sub Divisional Magistrate’s Office is in Delhi. After getting the certificate attested by SDM, you can submit it to MEA for attestation

ATTESTATION OF QATAR EMBASSY

For processing a Qatari employment visa, you must obtain an attestation from the embassy in India. This attestation will be given only if the Home Department/ HRD/ Ministry of External Affairs has provided its attestation on your documents.
Attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar is also required for processing Employment visas. Attestation from the Indian Embassy in Qatar, attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar, and attestation from any other relevant authority in Qatar.

ATTESTATION OF BAHRAIN EMBASSY

To apply for a Bahrain Employment Visa, you will need attestation from the embassy in India. The embassy will only attest your documents if they are also being attested by Mantralaya/ Home Department/ HRD and Ministry of External Affairs Indian Attestation.

The attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain is also required for processing Employment visas. Attestation of Bahrain-issued certificates includes:

· Attestation from the Indian Embassy in Bahrain.
· Attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain.
· Attestation from a Chamber in Bahrain.
